Muscle Building
For the desk-job body. Yours has specific weaknesses we have specific opinions about — mainly the posterior chain, mainly because you’ve been sitting on it since 2003. Progressive resistance programmes for adults 30–60 who want to be visibly stronger and functionally more capable.
Fat Loss
Without endless cardio. Yes, that’s possible. The most effective fat loss programme in Singapore is not the one that makes you sweat the most — it’s the one that creates a sustainable calorie deficit, preserves muscle, and builds habits you can actually maintain around a PMET schedule and hawker food culture.
Body Recomposition
Lose fat and build muscle at the same time. Yes, this is possible. Particularly for people new to structured training, returning after a long break, or carrying more body fat than they’d like. Slower than focusing on one goal exclusively. The result is more sustainable and aesthetically more complete.
Calisthenics
Bodyweight training taken seriously. Skill-based movement: handstands, levers, muscle-ups, human flags, pistol squats, planche progressions. The kind of training that makes a 40-year-old body do things a 40-year-old body wasn’t supposed to be able to do. Founder Alvin Chong has been training calisthenics for over 15 years.

Most people aren’t, when they start. The honest read: the four specialisations overlap more than they don’t. A good muscle-building programme also produces fat loss if the nutrition is right. A good fat loss programme builds muscle if the resistance training is progressive. Body recomposition is just the combination of both.
