We don’t sell training over WhatsApp. We have a quick conversation, work out if we’re a good fit, and only then talk about what training actually looks like for you. The conversation is short, free, and you can absolutely walk away.
Most people don’t reach out for years. We get it. We’ve been those people — the Tuesday-after-Tuesday version, the gym-bag-by-the-door version, the “I’ll start when work calms down” version that turns out to have been waiting on a calmer version of work that never came. The point is: today appears to be a different day. Useful, that.
Option 1: WhatsApp Us (fastest)
Send a message to +65 8899 0728 with what you want to achieve, roughly where you are in Singapore, and when you’d typically be free to train. We respond within a few hours. Usually a few minutes.

Option 3: Book a 15-Minute Call
If you’d rather speak to a human first, book a 15-minute video or voice call. No card details required to book. No pitch deck. The whole thing is 15 minutes, including the 2 minutes spent waiting for someone to figure out Google Meet.
What Happens After You Reach Out
- Hour 0–4: We reply. (Or call us out for taking longer.)
- Hour 0–24: Short conversation. WhatsApp, voice, or video — your call.
- Within 48 hours: If we’re a fit, we match you to a trainer and propose a session time.
- Within 1 week: Your first session. 10-minute assessment, 50-minute workout, the rest of the conversation we’ve been meaning to have.
You can pull out at any point in this. Until you’ve paid for a package, there’s nothing to pull out of.
Why This Page Doesn’t Show Pricing
The honest reason: pricing without context is meaningless and usually misleading — both for you (who doesn’t know what you’d actually be getting) and for us (whose answer changes based on what you need). If you want pricing first, ask in your message and we’ll tell you straight. We just won’t lead with it.
There is also a quieter reason. People who decide based purely on price are not, in our experience, the people who stick around to see results. We’d rather have the conversation first. We’ve made the other mistake before. We’d prefer not to make it with you.
WhatsApp us. Worst case, you spend three minutes on your phone. Best case, the next thirty years are different. The math is favourable.
